Cloudrest works two ways: wrap it around your neck like a travel pillow for support in a car, train, or plane seat, or lay it flat on a desk or table and rest face-down in the built-in nap hole — no setup needed to switch between the two.

[Confirm packed dimensions with supplier] Cloudrest is designed to compress down for travel, so it fits easily in a carry-on, tote, or backpack without taking up much space.

[Confirm fill material with supplier] Yes — the supportive core is designed to cushion your neck or face for extended periods, so you can settle in for a full flight or a proper break without waking up sore.

[Confirm with supplier whether a strap/clip is included before publishing this answer.]

The outer cover unzips completely and is machine washable — just remove it, wash cold, and zip it back on. Spot clean the inner cushion only; avoid soaking it so it keeps its shape.

[Confirm policy terms] If Cloudrest isn't the right fit for you, reach out within [X] days of delivery and we'll help sort out a return or exchange — see our Returns page for full details.
